“I liked that this focused more on reducing bias at an individual level rather than an institutional level. I think DEI talks/trainings can often seem like they aren't really helping anything because they are focused at the institution level and telling employees what to do rather than training them on how to reflect on behaviors and practice new ones to change their future behaviors. This was more of the later, which I liked.“
